Maintenance & Jobbing

Brent Stewart Building and Construction has a long established jobbing division to manage the many requests for regular repair and maintenance in the residential, commercial and rural sectors. Our jobbing team will provide prompt attention to repairs and maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, brick work, plastering, painting and papering. We are also called upon to protect storm damaged or vandalised areas from further damage prior to an insurance claim, working with clients and insurance companies to repair the structure. Our jobbing supervisor can give you an estimate on how long the job will take, what supplies will be needed and arrange an estimation of cost.

Commercial

Brent Stewart Building and Construction delivers the full range of commercial construction work, for low-rise structures such as offices and schools. We appreciate that this type of work is time critical and requires a well resourced and experienced team. On all commercial jobs we provide a full project management service which extends from gaining permits and resource consent, to handing over the keys and warranties on completion. We also ensure all on-site health and safety standards are adhered to by workers, subcontractors and visitors to the site. Over the last two decades Brent Stewart Building and Construction has gained extensive experience and knowledge of the rural sector. We understand the needs of the farmer and we are often asked to come up with ideas to meet a need and fit within time constraints.
Whether it’s a new milking shed, herd home, pole barn or a utility shed we look for the best solution, the best product and the best price. On occasion a rural job has required us to work alongside other suppliers in a project management role. We provide ‘no fuss’ rural buildings – simple yet functional. Our design team uses the most cost effective option available.
